Remove metaboxes from specific page?

    I followed this tutorial on removing metaboxes from pages. But my question is:

    How do I remove metaboxes from a specific page?
    For instance, I’d like to show only the custom fields metabox for the ‘About’ page of my site. But if I remove the fields (via functions.php) it removes them from all pages. So is it really a all or nothing function?

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
