Remove Min Amount if Gift Card is Used?

I’ve tried your plugin with Smart Coupons as well and the issue still persists: If a gift card or coupon brings the total below the minimum order amount, it blocks the user from being able to checkout.

Any ideas on what the issues are?

I understand that this is very late, but if someone else has a similar question – generally I would suggest enabling “Exclude discounts” checkbox (in “WooCommerce > Settings > Order Min/Max Amount > General > Order Sum Options”), however, some plugins apply their discounts as negative “fees” – in this case “Exclude fees” checkbox should help (it’s in the same settings section as “Exclude discounts”). If none of the above helps, there is “Order sum” option (again in the same settings section) – please try setting it to “Order subtotal” (vs the default “Order total”).

I’m using the gift card plugin bought from the official WooCommerce site and made it work by changing the dropdown menu from Order Sum to Order Subtotal.

In your WordPress dashboard please navigate to

WooCommerce > Setting > Order min / max amounts > General > Coupons >

Check Enable Section
Check Validate all coupons
Under Exclude enter the coupon that you would like to exclude from the min/max amounts.
