• I have looked and looked and I can’t find a plugin that will remove the noreferrer from the target=”_blank”
The noopener can stay, but the noreferrer needs to go.

The only plugins I can find don’t remove the automatically added nuisance code from Existing Articles and I don’t want to build a child theme to remove the noreferrer from every single website for every client who doesn’t want it – an none of them do.

Anyone know of a plugin that will remove the noreferrer from existing posts and prevent it from happening in new posts?

No plugin required. Just update to the latest block or classic editor plugin version. Recent versions either don’t use noreferrer or allow you to remove it when editing the link. If you still get non-editable noreferrer with the latest versions, please tell us what editor plugin you are using and what sort of link is giving you trouble. You’ll likely be referred to the specific support forum of the plugin.
