Remove old directories failed

Hi,
I m experiencing some issues with updraft for time and spend a lot of time at these forums to find an answer. but i couldn’t.
i use manageable WordPress hosting from GoDaddy, at the end i restore my site using their backup.
but i get this warning from updraft that i should remove old directories.

but now it gives an error again saying this,

Delete: mu-plugins-old: Failed
Delete /var/www/wp-content/mu-plugins-old: Failed. Parent Directory UID=43916436, GID=100450. Effective/real user IDs of the current process: 43916436/43916436. Effective/real group IDs of the current process: 100450/100450.
Old directory removal failed for some reason. You may want to do this manually.

I do not know how to code and this is my first time managing a site.
I need the help of the community once again.
