Remove “on” and “by” in meta

    I’m currently using the WP Meta and Date Remover plugin to remove my metadata. Is there an easy way to remove “on” and “by” on the home and single post pages? Thanks in advance!

    I think I answered this myself by editing before-content.php, but I’d love to know if that’s what I should have done.

    i’m sorry for the delay anyway yes, you can edit this file but you should create a backup to don’t lost this customitation after each theme update.

    Alternately you can create a child theme
