Remove one google font – ‘Poppins’ not all

Hi, I’m using the plugin and I want to remove just one goofle font ‘poppins’ which was on a podcast plugin that I’ve deleted but still seesm to be loading and ismaking the site really slow:

Can anybody help me tell my site not to try and load just this one font?

I notice that even if i remove google fonts in Autoptimize the problems is still there!
