Hi @noellesteegs, when something like this happens it’s usually related to some sort of caching issue. It could be a plugin or cloud service getting in the way, e.g. Cloudflare. Do you have anything like that running on your WordPress install? If you don’t, that’s ok, we just wanted to check on that first. We can try to look at a few other things as well. Also, if you haven’t done so already, please download the latest version of the plugin (v2.4.4) at the time of this post.

No form of caching is currently active on the site and the latest version of the plugin has been installed.

I am keen to hear what else we can look at.

Ok @noellesteegs, let’s try some troubleshooting with conflicting plugins if we can. It would be best suited if you have a staging environment to test. First, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and Mailchimp for WooCommerce, and try again.
