Remove option to choose header & footer

    Firstly, this is far and away the best WordPress plugin yet… literally saved my website. I am trying to find how to remove the option of selecting the header and footer for a page or a post. In my theme it is under the selected image and has the option to choose those. I can’t leave this an option for my site. Can I remove that option?
