Remove or fix tracker in e-mail body

    Hello, I’ve setup two couriers (ACS and ELTA Porta Porta or “Π?ρτα-Π?ρτα”) but it always shows Π?ρτα-Π?ρτα at the very top of the e-mail even if it correctly shows ACS and the tracker button next to it.

    This has caused lots of confusion for some clients, please guide me through fixing it or entirely removing the text I’ve marked as red as I cannot find the setting anywhere.

    Hi @axenm,

    The text you’ve highlighted in red comes from the “Additional text after header” option in the Tracking Widget customizer. To change or remove it, please follow these steps:

    • Navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings.
    • Open the Order Statuses & Notifications panel.
    • Click on the settings icon for the respective order status.
    • From here, you can customize or remove the text under the “Additional text after header” option.
