Remove or Hide the 'Edit Image' facility from the Image Gallery

Hi,

I need to remove or hide the ‘Edit Image’ facility from the Image Gallery. Once we upload the image to the gallery it will display a button called ‘Edit Image’ to edit the photo inside the WordPress CMS.

– I want to hide or remove it from the specific user or from all the users?
