Remove 'other countries' from country selector

At the moment have’nt any way (hook) to remove other countries from country selector. If you remove “other countries” from country selector, the country selector could not works properly when client country is not in list of countries which you have loaded in plugin settings.

Is there anyway to change the label then? i.e. change it to an “-”
