• I have a page menu with a lot of subpages to each main page, that appears when hovering the main page in the menu. Working great… But, now the users can click the main page, because it is a page – but I have nothing to show in these main pages. And I cannot hide the page, since it is the header of the subpages. So, what do I do?

Is it possible to “remove” the link in main pages in the menu, so it is just like headers with same functions with hover and opening the list of the sub pages.

    Please help if you can.

    Thanks in advance

  • Here is what I would do. Make a page for the main header and use it to build links and offer visitors another way to find info.

For instance, let’s say the main header is Contact and your subheaders are Telephone, Email, Map. On the Contact page type this:

You can reach us by telephone (link to the telephone page), email (link to the email page) or visit us in person (link to map page).

Link building is a great strategy for SEO and it’s always helpful to offer your site visitors more than one way to find the information they need.

Thank you, I’ll do this instead – anything to help with SEO is an advantage!
