REMOVE PAGE VISITS

Could you please first make a note of settings you have changed. Next go to Tools and delete the old settings using the button there.

Finally, reset the settings in the main settings page. Post this go back to making the edits to the settings.

I have tried this – and it doesn’t work. Annoyingly, the visits are still appearing on everything!

How can I get rid of them please?

Have found a partial solution. When I try to uncheck all of the boxes where it says ‘display number of views on’ all of the boxes remain checked. But if I leave one box checked then the other boxes remain unchecked. I have left the feed box unchecked as at least this prevents the visits from displaying on my site. But this seems to be a glitch?

I’m not sure if you’re still facing this problem. I’m done some testing and I haven’t been able to replicate this issue.

Can I check if you’re using the latest version of the plugin?

If you check your database specifically table wp_options for the option name tptn_settings you should be able to find "add_to";s:2:"-1" which is the value of add_to set to -1

You might have to resave options with the latest version.

Hi, I am using the latest version of the plugin and the latest version of WordPress. Since I managed to remove the page display by leaving one box checked under ‘display number of views’ I don’t want to mess with the database in case the problem recurs. I’m happy I managed to remove the number of visits from appearing on the website.
