Remove PayTM files from all pages except checkout process

team is working on it and changes will be ready very soon.

Please update when its fixed, so I can reactivate it.

@dzire2dzine You could asset removal tool to unload it at all places except cart and checkout.

@industrialtex I tried to remove it using filter but they coded in such a way that it show in different location in the source code.

New version v2.7.9 has been released for Paytm Payment Gateway plugin.
And requested changes are addressed. Kindly update plugin.
