Remove plugin

I can’t remove (not even deactivate) the plugin.
When I try to deactivate it, I get a critical website error message (even though it continues to work normally).
I’ve tried to do it in the hosting cPanel, it accepts the command but, when I try to delete it, it is active again and, consequently, “undeletable”.
What can I do? (I’m using WP 6.2)
I installed it but had an issue (All dropdown choices made returned the amount defined for the first line amount on Paypal page). There are some threads asking for help but none got a reply (it’s not a CSS problem. I’ve tried your suggestion). So I want to find another plugin and delete this one.
