Remove plugin error

    Hello

    I installed your plugin to try to customize the sale badge in the store I’m developing, but…

    First issue: I selected an image, inserted the image dimensions, saved both, and refreshed the store catalog. No change in the sale badge in the products listing, neither the product itself.

    Second issue: as the plugin apparently didn’t work, I was to remove it. WordPress give a critical error when trying to remove it.

    Is there a way to fix either of these issues? I would like to customize the sale badge; if that is not possible, then help me removing the plugin.

    – WordPress version
    – WooCommerce version
    – Theme name and version

    Here you go:

    WordPress: 5.6.1
    WooCommerce: 4.9.2
    Theme: ShoppingCart 1.1.4

    I hope you can fix this for other users.
    Meanwhile, I managed to remove the plugin going to Cpanel > File Manager, and removing the “NS Product icon badge” plugin folder.
