    This is triggered by the option ‘Add a CleanTalk Pixel to improve IP-detection’ in the plugin settings. You can disable it. It shouldn’t affect the webform protection.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for replying – but yes, we understand that. However, this is appearing consistently in our logs everytime a page is hit – after we have deactivated and removed the plugin. How do we fully remove the plugin so the pixel is no longer active? Thanks

    If the option is disabled, it should not affect any page on the website.
    Please clear the website cache and check again in the Incognito browser mode.
