Remove "portfolio_page" from the portfolio item url

Hello, I’ve installed this plug-in but I don’t understand how to use it.
I want to remove “portfolio_page” from the portfolio item url. As it is now:
https://uphostudio.com/it/portfolio_page/fotografo-matrimonio-livorno/
As I want it:
https://uphostudio.com/it/fotografo-matrimonio-livorno/
What I see in the permalinks page:
