Remove Post Meta Data?

I love this plug-in…it’s made it possible for me to give my guitar students their own private lesson pages on my site.
My problem is the the “Private Pages” seem to be using the default post template, and are including post meta data on the private pages (see screenshots):

How do I remove this?
