These are added by your theme’s single.php template (or perhaps a content.php template if they’re using that technique). The only way to fix this is by editing the template files, either by creating your own single-fdm-menu.php template or modifying the associated template so that it doesn’t display these details.
An alternative approach is to just use the menu shortcodes in a Page. Most themes don’t show these details on page templates, so you can use the menu shortcode in a page to show a menu with the page setup instead.
