Remove posts tab by role? (Not capability to have AND see tab, just to have)

I’d like to remove posts tab by role, not the capability to both have AND see tab, just whether the role will have the tab. The roles we remove the tab from, can still have the capability to SEE that same tab on other people’s profiles.

There is a plugin called Ultimate Member Custom Tab Builders Lite where they do this well: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/um-custom-tab-builder-lite/

They have a tick box for ‘Roles with this tab’ and a tick box for ‘Roles with this tab’. I can’t find a way to mirror the same set up with the tabs that come by default with the plugin.

How would I best achieve ROLE X no longer having the POSTS tab, but still being able to see it on every other user’s profile?
