Remove Pricing and small modifications?

Hi there,

We’re using your great Events Manager plugin for our guild website and we would ideally like to get rid of anything that mentions pricing and rename the word ‘ticketing’.

Can someone please provide me with details on how to remove this information from the event registration? I’d really like for my users not to get confused when they see that.
