Thanks for sharing. Navigate to Settings > Permalinks and then scroll all the way bottom to Product permalinks. Here you can change the product url structure.

If you are referring to permalinks i.e. the static URLs for your pages and blogs you can use this plugin (this will help you manage the store with custom permalinks):

which basically say that i have to let product and product-category.

So i dont really know what is the best between SEO-friendly urls or a fast website…

Do you have any opinion on that ?

@guigzz As @margaretwporg suggested, there’s no harm keeping the product and product-category in the url. In some cases, this could be an advantage in the context of SEO. So i’d suggest you to keep as it is.
