Any update here? How can I give you access to check because I really disabled all plugins and still the issue occurs. I can’t remove product from cart.

Hi. It sounds like you’ve already disabled all plugins except for WooCommerce but also please switch to a default theme, e.g., Storefront, https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/#section-2

I replicatd the issue again on staging where I

    – disabled all plugins
    – disabled all caching
    – disabled all customizations
    – switched to Twenty Nineteen

and the issue keeps occuring as proven in this video : https://gevcen.tinytake.com/tt/Mzg2MTU5OV8xMTgxNTQ3OQ

Please provide me a safe means to provide you access to my staging plateform so that you can analyze, fix and get me a temporary workaround.

    Thanks

    Still no news here?

    Hi ??

Your latest screencast still shows another plugin active in addition to WooCommerce. I would deactivate that one too and then ask your host to purge all caches and test again.

Come on that’s WPBakery Page Builder! Are you seriously gonna pretend that WooCommerce isn’t compatible with this plugin??? That’s not possible, so please provide safe way to give you access to my staging ASAP! It’s a BIG problem on my site!!

@gevcen We can’t guarantee the compatibility of WooCommerce with any other third-party plugin out there. So, when facing issues like this, it’s always best to disable ALL plugins – including your page builder.

That can be quite disruptive, so we wouldn’t recommend doing that on the live site. Setting up a staging site where you can run these tests without fear of messing up your live site would be the way to complete this.

Also, even if you disabled caching plugins on the site, we’d strongly encourage you to talk to your host about caching. Often times, hosts have cache enabled at the serve level, which can be quite aggressive and cause this type of issues in the cart.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
