Remove Product ID Woocommerce

    Hi there, I have just started using Woocommerce and have decided to use the SKU code for product identification. I don’t want the ‘product ID’ number that Woocommerce generates and would like it removed completely, especially from the product pages. I’m pretty useless when it comes to writing my own code, or editing templates, so I was wondering if it were possible to paste a short piece of code into my custom css settings to do this? Hoping someone clever out there can help me!

  • I believe you should see this issue with the staff who developed the theme you are using.

    Product IDs will always be available from the admin / management side of things. It is a must-have.

    However, they definitely shouldn’t show up on the frontend product page, as least they don’t by default. So yea, this is something to ask the theme authors about.

    I have the same question like you. Would get rid of this automatic given “product id”. could you let me know how you changed it to “sku management”
