Remove Product link in ‘Completed Order’ emails

Hello there,

I hope someone can help with this! I’ve spent the day searching for a way to edit this but not found anything that works so far..

When a customer purchases a downloadable product they are sent the completed order email.

In this email, as well as the download link, there is also a link back to the product page. Aside from this being potentially confusing for the customer, I am actually sending people to custom-made sales pages (rather than the Woocommerce-generated product page) some of which I’ve set to expire after a set time.

So I really don’t want the customer to be able to click back to the product page.

I’ve looked through customer-completed-order.php, email-order-details.php and email-order-items.php but can’t see what I would need to edit.

Ideally I would like to remove the ‘Product’ column from the table entirely and move the ‘Expires’ column to the right.

But for now, just stopping the product-name text from being a hyperlink would suffice.

In any case, if anyone has a suggestion I’d be very grateful!
