Remove purchaed Nexus Theme Footer

    Can’t remove Nexus theme footer. I followed directions using the text option. Please help. I tried several different ways but can’t seem to get this to work. Thank You.

    Please go to your dashboard > Tools > Remove footer credits > Step 1 > and add the following code there:
    <a target='_blank' href='https://nexusthemes.com/item/tree-service-website-template/' title='Tree Service Website Template WordPress theme'>Tree Service Website Template WordPress theme</a>

    Leave step 2 empty and save.

    Hi Mihaela, First of all thank you for the quick response. I still have the following on the footer:
    | Login

    Can you assist? Thank You.

    To remove that Login button as well go to Step 1 and on the next line add this code:

    <p id="nxs-copyright" class="nxs-clear padding nxs-applylinkvarcolor">
		   | <a href="#" rel="nofollow" onclick="nxs_js_popup_site_neweditsession('loginhome'); return false;">Login</a>		</p>

    This doesn’t work any longer. What’s the current way to modify the footer text?
