    Hi SiteGround,

The latest version of the Elementor, SG Optimizer is not compatible with theme templates created within Elementor when the following feature is activated: Remove Query Strings From Static Resources

If I turn this feature off in the Optimiser there are no issues.

Is there any way to turn this on and exclude Elementor from the feature or to improve compatibility, please?

    Kind regards,

    Simon

    Hey @harpo1984

I’ve just tested the edit template functionality and everything works as expected.

Would it be possible to provide your site URL, so I can check your site?

    Hi @sstoqnov

Thanks for the superfast response. The template was created in the New Elementor Theme Builder…I’m not sure if that makes a difference? (I don’t think it will as templates can still be created and access the original way within Elementor)

I don’t have a URL at the moment as I am currently building the site (so it is behind a coming soon template/page) Maybe there is an issue with ELementor’s maintenance mode, templates and the SG Optimizer query string feature?

    Kind regards,

    Simon

    Hi @sstoqnov

    No worries, here you go:

    • Elementor Version 3.0.8.1
    • Elementor Pro Version 3.0.4
    • SG Optimizer Version 5.6.6
    • Thanks for continuing to look at this.

      Kind regards,

      Simon

    Hey,

I’ve tested the versions mentioned above.

There are no incompatibilities between our plugin, elementor and elementor pro. This must be something specific to your website and I am afraid I can’t troubleshoot it further without access to the page itself.

    Regards,
    Stanimir
