Remove read-more from page

  • I am very new to wordpress!
    I need to remove the read-more from displaying after the bottom of the information on the front page.
    I am using a free template (Small Business)
    I have removed the link in Small Business Options
    I have enabled read full text in settings>reading
    I have read many forums, and tried all options listed, nothing has worked.
    I do not think I can link to my site, because it is not online yet. It is a business site, that needs to be correct before I take down the existing site and replace. Is there any other way I can link this? Like I said I am new, and very inexperienced, just trying to learn as I go.
    Thanks for the help! I need it.
