Remove Related post from category and tag pages

Please see the screenshot of how to do this.

under each post type, there is an option “Excerpt positions” uncheck the checkbox.

@pickplugins Thank you it resolved now. One more question, which query type to use if I want to show related post based on categories.

If you see the option “Post query settings” then you can choose categories to display only posts from categories.
