Remove Reply Box on Static Pages in Yoko Theme

Hello: I want the reply box (for comments) to appear only on the blog page of my website, not on the static pages. Can someone tell me how to modify the Yoko Theme to remove the reply box from those pages where I do not want it to appear? I’ve searched but can’t find the answer for this particular theme. I’m not very experienced with CSS so detailed instructions would be much appreciated! Thank you!
