Remove Reveiw and comments on a product

Hello @missdjein,

First, I recommend enabling the option highlighted in the screenshot below from “WooCommerce > Settings> Products” this will make only verified owners submit a review.

To delete already existing reviews, navigate to WooCommerce > Review.

If you’re having a spam problem, then consider adding Akismet to your site.

But when somebody is sending me a review that they have hacked my shop. How will i know that that is spam?

Are you noticing anything unusual? For example, certain pages are re-directing to something you don’t recognise, etc.

Do you mean a screenshot? Sure, just try covering any sensitive information like a customer’s order data. ??

a comment is added I get four e-mails with the same comment.

Is there any way you can remove people from that service?

If you don’t see anything unusual then it’s definitely just spam. You can check the plugin I mention in my first reply to help you reduce it. ??
