Remove RSS and HOME Links from Autofocus

I recently installed the Autofocus theme, and I want to take off the HOME and RSS links from the top right menu. I have searched the code, but I have no idea what I am doing. I have been randomly deleting things that have the words RSS in them, but to no avail, so I figured I would stop rolling around in the mud and see if someone had the answer. Thanks
