I was finally able to update my prices and remove sale prices but I can’t figure out how to get rid of the sale bubble and the sale price on the product image. It’s correct when you click on the product but misleading to see sale price and bubble only to discover that there is no sale. HELP!?!?!

No one has any idea of what you’re talking about.

What plugin? What theme? Site URL?

The comfy boyfriend long sleeve tee has a yellow sale bubble and sale price but I took off the sale. Why is it still showing as on sale? Same thing on the toddler hoodie. When u click on product it’s showing correct prices .
    Thank you!!!

I don’t see a sale bubble on the products you mentioned. Are you still seeing it? Are you maybe looking at a browser cached copy of the page?

Are you looking at the long sleeve boyfriend tee? Girl sitting with her German Shepherd. I’ve had others look on their computers to make sure it’s not the issue you mentioned. They see sale bubble too. And sale price – until you click on actual product. Thank u for your response.

    I took off the sale

What did you do to take it off sale? It looks like it still has a sale price set, because the normal price is crossed out and $18.75 is shown, indicating that a sale price of $18.75 is set.

Try checking that you have removed the sale price completely, including from all variations of that product.

Thank you. But I did that and it’s not working. If you click on the actual product, it’ll show it’s not on sale. Just on the main products page it’s listed as on sale. No variations have a sale price. I’m at a loss. I even completely took the product off my page and added everything back and the sale bubble was STILL there. Frustrating

I’m just going to put the sale back on until I can get the issue resolved. Thank you anyway for trying to help.

That is really weird. You could potentially do a hacky workaround just with CSS but that would only be a temporary solution (and, well, hacky).

@rpepin: Sorry, you’re using a premium/paid theme. It’s best to go to the support site where you bought the theme https://www.getbowtied.com/ for help with customizations and issues. You paid for support when you bought the theme, so you should contact the people who sold you the theme.

I would try first updating both WordPress to the latest version and WooCommerce to the latest version. You’re running old versions of both.

Then try asking for support from WooCommerce at either or both of the following places:

Thank you for all the input. I’ll give your ideas a shot. I really appreciate it!! Hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving.
