Remove shareaholic on homepage

    Hello,

    I love Shareaholic and want to continue using it, but is also slows down my pagerank on my homepage.

    So therefore I would like to know what to edit to my functions.php to stop the loading of Shareaholic on my homepage (where I don’t need it). Im aware this is for the analytics, but that’s exactly the second thing: how can I disable that as I don’t want to use it.

    I found disable_tracking on/off in the code of the plugin, but cant get it off properly. Any help is appreciated.

  • I’d also would know how to remove Shareaholic from the homepage as its not required but still loading in the background.

    Hi Guys – Unfortunately, it is not possible to just remove Shareaholic from your homepage. But it load asynchronously, so it shouldn’t be slowing down the page by being there. More info here, including next steps if you’re still having trouble!
