Remove shipping address from Paypal

Hi, make sure you have the following option disabled in the plugin under General Settings.

Must Collect Shipping Address on PayPal

I said in my first post that the option was disabled. I still see the shipping address in the Paypal checkout. Anything else?

Sorry, I thought you meant in your PayPal account. Can you check your PayPal account and make sure there are no settings to override the plugin in regards to this issue. What shortcode are you currently using? Can you share the shortcode here.

I’m using the WP Paypal Shopping Cart Widget to output the cart/paypal button onto the page.

I just carried out a test on my testing site and I don’t see that option when I purchase a product.

Do you have a cache plugin? If you do can you delete the cache. Can you share your shopping cart URL? I would like to take a look.

Hi, when I click on one of the products to add to the cart I receive the following error message.

Error! Nonce Security Check Failed!

That usually happens if the page with the shopping cart is being cached. Can you ask your host if they have some kind of caching service running in your server. In the mean time you can also enable the following option Disable Nonce Check for Add to Cart located under the General Settings tab.

The error is still showing. Have you set up your PayPal IPN in your PayPal account?

No, the “Ship to” field still shows up in Paypal.

Are you talking about when the customer lands in PayPal website ready to make the payment and before they log into PayPal?

Or are you saying that this feature appears after they sign into their PayPal account? Because when I carried out the test above it did not show up but I never logged into my PayPal account. I simply landed in PayPal website and viewed the product with out “Ship to” option.

Can you also share a screen capture and block any personal data from the image. I just want to check for myself, so I know where that option appears in your site.

Have you checked your PayPal account to see if you can turn that option off?
