Remove Shop trail from WooCommerce breadcrumb

Add this line to your custom CSS
ul.breadcrumbs li:nth-of-type(2) {display:none}
If it does not work, might also need !important
ul.breadcrumbs li:nth-of-type(2) {display:none!important}
