Remove [Show Slideshow] Option Not Working

    Within the gallery options I have chosen not to show the “[Show Slideshow]” text above my thumbnails.

    However, following this change I still see, “[Show Slideshow]”. I have refreshed, etc. The text remains. I do not believe the option is working appropriately. I have seen some others note this problem as well without a solution.

    @lincolndaving – Have you tried clearing the image cache under Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous?

    Yes, I have done this and I am still having the same issue.

    [Show Slideshow] continues to appear event though the option has been set to “No” in Gallery Settings for Thumbnails.

    @lincolndaving – If you inserted the gallery via the IGW (“green button”) you will need to edit that specific instance to turn off the option there as well. Displays inserted via the IGW will maintain their settings no matter what you change under Gallery > Gallery Settings > …

    You may need to clear you image cache again to see immediate results.

    Thanks that fixed the issue.

    I did insert the gallery using the IGW (Green Button) and had not looked under those settings.

    @lincolndaving – Although this can be a bit frustrating at times, it is working as expected since the IGW basic premise is to allow you to insert unique displays for every single instance.
