Remove sidebar from posts page and individual posts

  • Hi,

    I use the Venta Theme via wordpress and I want to hide the sidebar on the posts page and in the individual posts articles. I got it to work before where the sidebar only appeared in the “About” page and the “Posts” page had no sidebar shown as well as the individual posts but I’m not sure what happened – so now the sidebar is showing again.

    Things to know:
    I have it set up with the “Static page” options.
    It won’t let me edit the posts page through wordpress dashboard.
    I’ve tried different CSS codes.

    I’ve been googling this non-stop. I really need some help.
