remove slug from custom post gives 404

when we visit these posts in english page it does not locate this page after removing the custom post slug , but when i visit hebrew post(he being my default language) they works fine
1. Current :
en – https://testsite.com/en/listing/mp-post-eng
he – https://testsite.com/listing/mp-post-hebr2. after applying code
en – https://testsite.com/en/mp-post-eng – 404
he – https://testsite.com/mp-post-hebr – works finecan you suggest what is the issue why after removing the custom post type slug the page stop working? what can be done for this issue .
