    Hi there,

    just click the checkbox that says ‘return the excerpt unfiltered’.

    That should do the trick.

    I have another question:

    Do you know how to remove (or reduce) the white space between the text of an article (specifically of a page) and the sidebars in twenty fourteen?

    Welcome! Good that it worked. And about 2014, no I don’t know. You probably have to rewrite the style sheet or find a plugin that does that for you.
