remove some label

Dear Marco,

Your plugin is very great. But I have a problem the labels and tags.
I would like to solve my problem.
So.

This code shows the my “Extra fields”: <?php do_action( ‘show_user_profile’, $profileuser ); ?>.
Country, City, Phone number, Registration date, and so on…

I could not find between the source code this tags. (profile-form.php; cimy-user-extra-fields.php) How can I search this and rename that?
I want to remove the “Extra Fields” tag from the webpage.

Could you help me?
