Remove Soundy Background Music

  • Hello there. We have enjoyed your plugin on my client’s website, but I need to remove it now because she has recently passed away. I have changed the content on her home page to reflect that her shop is now closed. I am keeping the site up for a while because it really adds a lot to my online portfolio as a web designer.

    When I deactivate your plugin and refresh the home page it is totally blank and all I see is the red background. Please tell me how to uninstall this plugin without damage. I will eventually be replacing the entire website with a memorial video. However, I will keep your plugin in mind for future projects. Thanks in advance for your help.

    Or… It would be okay to keep it if I can get it at the bottom of the page. However, the setting I tried changing did not move it down there.

    we had other problems with this author (also for paid versions),
    but when we alerted him and asked for solutions he never replied.
    So I guess he will not reply to you too: unfair but unfortunately real situ.
