Remove Space Between Header & Content Page

    Also one more query is I have used Full Width option in Page, but still its looking small as compared to the demo one – https://colorlib.com/sparkling/full-width/

    I haven’t made any changes in the code.

    You can eliminate this space by adding this to Theme Options – Other – Custom CSS

    .main-content-area {
    margin-top: 0;
}

    Feel free to tweak value if you want to leave at least some space on top.

    You are using this template properly but your content is not wide enough as the longest questions takes only about 70% of the content area.
