    Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce Version 3.2.0.1

    Hello,

    I have been using your plugin and am wanting to address a issue with the Woocommerce messages section in respect to your plugin. I have 25 messages on my Woocommerce homepage that all say:

    “Auto-sync Tracking from WooCommerce Shipping to AST

    We noticed that you use the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin and the Advanced Shipment Tracking (AST) plugins. You can use the WC Shipping Tracking add-on for AST to auto-sync the tracking numbers created by WC Shipping into the AST shipment tracking order meta!”

    if I click Dismiss, (and Dismiss All) they come back up immediately after reloading the woocommerce page. Can you please help me understand why so many of these messages are here and how to get rid of them? I have tried de-activating the plugin and it does not make the messages go away.

    Hi @plcexchange,

    We checked this but we can’t replicate this issue. We already removed this admin message from the latest version of the plugin.

    Please refresh the website cache if you use cache plugins or Cloudflare and browser cache. if the issue continues, log in to your site in incognito mode and check if it continues, if yes, it might be a conflict with another plugin or theme, check your console for JS error, try to deactivate all other plugins besides WC, WooCommerce Shipping & Tax and AST and see if the issue continues.

    Hello,

    First of all I want to make a point to say how unhelpful your chat support is on your official website. I initially asked this question in a very non-combative way and the response I got was “Uninstall the plugin then”

    Second, I have no completely removed your plugin and I still have 25 Messages that say

    They are present across all login sessions, private or otherwise.

    To continue to be constructive, It appears that possibly there WAS A bug (that you may or may not know about) that did cause the plugin to “fill” the notification queue in woocommerce because the messages are “a month old”; so if this is the case, is it possible the message notification queue is full of messages waiting to be displayed and acknowledged? My fear is that this loop ran indefinitely and now I have over 1+ million of these messages to clear which will never be possible. How can we fix this?

    Hi, We did not experience a bug in any of our installs, Please update to the latest version and make sure all your other plugins, theme and WP are up-to-date.

    I am working with WordPress to evaluate how to remove the extra messages. I will update once a resolution is discovered.
