Remove "specific feeds" and reorder icons

Greetings vyasdipen,
We would like to be able to specify the order of the icons, in the plugin description it says this is possible and in the FAQ it says to ask in the forum….so can you please tell me how to do this?
Also, we do not want to use “specific feeds” so I remove it, but each time we add another social network it comes back. How can we permanently remove it?
