Remove standard interface from the_excerpt() in widget

    For some reason, the Sassy standard interface plugins show up on a post excerpt on the right sidebar of a post/page (see attached link).

    How can I keep the plugin from showing up on a the_excerpt() call on a post/page in a widget (without CSS, since it actually includes the “spread the love” part as well)?

    You need to disable the corresponding page group from Placement option in the Standard Interface section at plugin options page in admin area. If that doesn’t work, CSS fix is the only workaround.
