Remove street address from confirmation

I think I know what you mean.

Go to MailChimp.com -> Your List -> Signup Forms and choose “Confirmation thank you page” from the dropdown.

You will see the template like this: https://imgur.com/a/sNvPY7v.

Edit it and remove the *|HTML:LIST_ADDRESS:HTML|*.

Hi Kevin,
Actually its the plug in ‘Easy Forms for Mailchimp’ generating the sign-up form, mail chimp is only gathering the email addresses into a list. I’ve had trouble before with Mailchimps own scripts dropping people on aol and gmail. Perhaps I should try that way though as there would seem to be more control, I don’t see options in the plug in to control the content of the confirmation email and it gives out my address which is a requirement on the account settings back on mail chimp.

Hi Tony,

I understand that you’re using Easy Forms for MailChimp to collect subscriptions but this plugin doesn’t control the content, generation, or sending of emails.

All of your email templates are controlled in MailChimp.com.

If you want to remove your address from the “Confirmation thank you page” template, you’ll need to do so in MailChimp.com following the instructions I laid out in the previous post.

Ah I see, Kevin, I didn’t realize that would be editable on mailchimp sign us forms since there aren’t any forms on mail chimp self. Much appreciated!
