Remove support for status Y

Okay, dirty hack is working (lines 64-71):

@extremecarver The problem is that Subscribe to Replies Only doesn’t work in this plugin. It’s broken and even if someone selects replies only they will get all notifications (as if they had selected All, i.e., Y).

I fixed this in my fork of the plugin here, which you can install and it will import all your existing subscriptions from Subscribe to Comments Reloaded:

Hello Guys version 140128 is now available with new fixes and upgrades.

Raam is now contributor to the StCR plugin.
