Remove synced scheduled meetings in WP without deleting in Zoom

    Hi,

    Maybe I missed it in the documentation somewhere but is there a way to remove synced scheduled meetings on the WP side without deleting the meetings in Zoom as well?

    What happened was, I imported all my scheduled meetings through sync method “user” and then later decided that I did not want a select few on the WP side. I deleted the few from the meetings list in WP. I then found out later they were completely deleted from my Zoom account as well.

    Any input appreciated.

    Initially import meetings were not available and added in later phase so any information relating to meetings would get deleted if it is deleted from WordPress site is not added anywhere at the moment.

    Once meeting is deleted from WordPress it gets deleted in Zoom as well.

    Try going to https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/trashcan/list and see if meeting exists there.

    @j_3rk Thanks for the explanation.

    I was able to recover the meetings on the Zoom side.

    Next time I need to remove a meeting from the WP side only, I’ll have to remember to recover from the “Recently deleted” within Zoom. I suppose another way I could do it is just remove API keys from the plugin > save changes > remove meetings from list > add API keys > save changes.
